Question - The art of Thornwolf

Question
Does anyone know of a free image hosting service that allows adult images? Photobucket doesn't (found that out the hard way) and I don't have my own webspace.

Suggestions?

*edit* thanks all for your suggestions! I got it covered though. Actually silber has me covered (heh), don't worry you'll find out what this is about sooner or later. =)

Besides VCL, you mean? Or some different category?

I mean someplace that acts like photobucket where I can direct link/embed images. VCL doesn't allow this.

Does LJ's own scrapbook feature not allow it?

like i said to another user i dont want to have to have a paid account to do that. Plus you can't embed images anywhere else but LJ since it doesnt have a ".jpg" at the end of it the forums don't recognize it as a valid image file.

Kind of unrelated, I suppose, but did you never get your own website finished up? It'd solve this problem but of course it's not free.

I wonder if you could upload art to playmouse.com and load it from there?

Eek. Website. Now there's a sore subject. What generally happens whenever I try to do a website is I'll pick a scheme then halfway through I'll hate it and scrap it. I'm really picky. So lately I just told Silber "make me a website, you know what I like, just..make it up" and so far I've liked what he's come up with but its lack of time. Plus getting a gallery to look good.

I don't know anything about website building ;P I'm so behind the times.

i believe you can get a sponsored account and then get scrapbook...and i've put pics up on myspace from my scrapbook by just adding .jpg to the end of the url

In http://us.vclart.net/wiki/Linking_Rules, they do mention this:
"However, if you are the artist of the images, and you wish to 'embed' them into your non-VCL gallery (to save space on your gallery server), you are welcome to talk to us, and we will 'unblock' links from your gallery to the VCL."

Don't know if that would be useful or not in your case.

Fapomatic?
The russian version of lj? (NWS to the point of Alisa-chan kind of porn)

Yeah, phetish uses Fapomatic for its art. That's the only site I could think of. Heh.

I uploaded some of mine to the LJ gallery and never had any problem

yes but do you have to have a paid account to do this? Im making an alternate LJ specifically for my adult art and I'm not planning on having it be a paid account.

Don't you get some picture space with one of the sponsored accounts? You'd have to look at some ads, but eh, no worse than photobucket.

I think you get some space with the regular accoung you just get a lot more with a paid account... so maybe it could be a temporary solution at least ;)

You can't embed link the photos from your current account to that new journal? I don't think LJ has a no hot-link policy. ^^;

The only one I know of is the amusingly named Fapomatic.

My friend run http://picaroni.com/ and I don't think there is any huge trouble with adult subjects. You get a dandy place to view what you have uploaded, however there will be a tiny "hosted at picaroni.com" text on the image, I think it only show up every 10th viewing though.

It might not be a 100% steady rock like photobucket but it's still dandy.

I've had this place on tabs for a while in case I ever wanted to archive my own stuff. I don't see any such rules and regulations on the site:

Just a drive-by thought as I catch up on journals for the week, but maybe you could check out that Petsmart for a position since it's clear that they're understaffed? I'm sure Kilo could put in a good word for you with the manager and, since it sounds like they're used to hiring students, you won't have to worry about things like the wording of your resume. Win/win; you get monies and Kilo can get some stress off her back. :)

For normal pics, I'd say applepics but you have to pay a small fee per year and I don't think they allow adult.
