Gorgeous terrain! One thing I really want to see when I travel around the world is MOUNTAINS. We don't really have mountains in Australia. We have things we call mountains which people from younger, less worn-down continents probably giggle at. ;)

very beautiful! is that the sunset? i wouldnt imagine anyone would want to get lost out there though, i was watching babel and was thinking about all the illegal immigrants that must struggle through that desert near the border

noticing the sign "radar enforced", you can help but think of sarge ^^

lol yeah XD And yes its sunset. I've almost gotten stranded out here before. Its a scary feeling. Theres /nothing/ for over 60 miles at a time.

Weird cooincidence, i was only thinking today how much id like to see the sunsets in arizona sometime...lol

Actually if you ever make it to the UK, definately try and drive thru Snake pass in the peak district, its awesomely atmospheric.

o_o It's beautiful, but it makes my skin crawl at the same time, for the want of green and trees. XD

55 when towing? Does that mean you can drive above that speed when you are not towing anything?? O_o

heh that was a good move thorn escaping california before it all burnt down!

can you see the smoke from the fires? i remember one time the sun went ominously orange from the fires burning all the way over in australia smoking up the sky (i live in NZ)

another question, have you been to sedona, AZ ?

yeah they're safe. My mom made it out of town. I need to hear from my grandma though.
