YES!!!
Well folks, thanks to the awesome folks in India who represent Linksys, I am officially online. Big thanks to tarnac and wa_lawdawg for your attempts, and captainq and westly_roanoke for your tech support offers.

Now I can get back to artses. I have stuff to show but I wanna edit photos first.

You are quite welcome!

For the record, Linksys is the most often complained-about equipment provider...though I had already assumed it was only due to the accent barrier. They ARE a good router IMHO, not to mention being co-owned by Cisco...

...though it is worth being said that just about all equipment user interfaces are difficult to navigate. :0p

I dunno, every time I call them with some horrendous problem they're able to fix it in less than 15 minutes with me crying to them and telling them I dont know what "this box thingy" does.

It amazes me.

I'd say the reason Linksys gets the most complains is because their the most used. Like you, I've had no problems at all with their tech support.
