be afraid, be very afraid
so i had a little accident with my car tonight.

i was with my ex b/f, Greggy, and we were hanging out having a good time going to go get some coffee etc etc and i pull into the parking lot of Barnes and Noble, but my car's bumper is too low to the ground and instead of merely hitting the curb, it goes OVER the curb, gets stuck, and the bumper is pulled off.

we decide to get some coffee and worry about it later. i call tav, hes trying to explain what to do if i had bunjee cords or something, but i dont. no mechanics are open this time of night, nor do i have the money, nor am i going to be around tomorrow *im going to Long Beach to see my grandmother with my mom*

Greg tried to push the bumper into place and we could just drive slow home, but it started making a funny scraping sound so we pulled over into the parking lot and tried to find something to hold it together with. what we had: a portfolio, a stuffed animal, a coat hanger, a hat.

he takes the portfolio strap and hooks one side of the bumper together no problem, that works. we drive off and then theres this funny screaming sound coming from my car. its the bumper hitting the wheels. eek!

so we pull over, he takes off his belt and tries to hold it together, too short. i offer the hat jokingly. =P we undo the coat hanger and attach the two ends of the belt.

so we drove home with a bumper that was held together with a portfolio strap, a belt, and a coat hanger. i felt like macgyver. but now im going to cry cuz i cant drive my car to school and now i need a ride. im not legally allowed to drive my moms car, otherwise i would. can anyone give me a ride on monday? *sulks*

on another note i had a very good visit with Greggy and despite Tav being preoccupied he was very helpful, even if he didnt think so *kisses wuff*

Auto accidents.

I was in a minor fender-bender last winter. Of all the people in the relatively large city of Buffalo, NY I could've smashed into, it had to be my next door neighbor from the house I grew up in! What a way to catch up. :P

Moof. :/ If I lived near you, I'd offer one.

That's pretty creative, though, on the bumper. Those are the times you need engineers for friends.
