Photo Post
Some of you may or may not know, I took my month hiatus off to visit my friends in Northern California. It was a long drive, I brought my dog, had lot's of fun. I'll be doing some photo posts as I edit them, but please bear in mind I have a really crappy camera that eats batteries like tic tacs so a lot of these are just point and click pics, so don't read into em too much just look at the scenery and not my horrid photography ;P Also, since it was raining almost every day that I was there, a lot of these were taken from inside the car, so if there's an odd reflection, that's why.

Here's some pics taken from San Francisco

For some reason the great big "ABSOLUTELY NO MSG" makes me laugh really hard X)

dude.. that streetcar's number is the same as the last 4 of my home phone. weird. Nice pics though. Sometimes the best photos are of the "point and shoot" varitey. And I don't know why, but I find the "ABSOUTLLEY NO MSG" sign to be hillarious.

Not mine, westly's. How'd you get that just from that little bit that's peeking out in the cable car pic? *unless there's something I'm totally missing here* =)

Really nice photos!!
Do you mind if I save a couple of them for city-drawing reference? My city isn't very big and it's hard to take good ref photos myself :) Although a couple of these shots reminded me of home.

I get the impression that every city has one of those wedge shaped buildings.

:3

I got to spend a day in San Francisco during February. It was so much fun there! We went to the Fisherman's Wharf and looked at all the fake designer purses and watched the street performers.

These are very nice shots for just point-and-clicks. :) I especially like the last one, it's so pretty!

Ahh, San Francisco. A wonderful city; we locals call it the best city in the nation, and one of the best in the world. Of course, many would refute that claim, but I'm biased. :P

I'll actually be there tomorrow, and I'm looking forward to it with great anticipation. It would seem as if you visited mainly the Market/Financial District and Broadway/Chinatown areas. You should have traveled a little more north of Broadway on Powell and taken a true treat in the Northbeach district. The Presidio, the Palace of Fine Arts, the Marina District waterfront, Golden Gate Park (Fact: Golden Gate Park is the largest urban park in the world. Even larger than Central Park in Manhattan!) and Ocean Beach are all places to go check out if you come back sometime. I hope you at least got out of the car at some point and walked around in spite of the rain.

Good stuff!
