Knott's Berry Farm Chicken Dinners
Went to Knott's Berry Farm today (Buena Park, CA), not for the theme park, but for the famous chicken dinner.

All meals come with what you see here (plus tons more biscuits), your choice of cherry/rhubarb or chicken noodle soup (incredibly hearty and delicious), side salad and a big fat slice of their world famous boysenberry pie. Honestly the best fried chicken I've ever had (and the pie ain't bad too).

ROFL! I totally saw that too when I was editing XD It might as well have been, that chicken was so juicy that upon biting into it it literally squirted chicken flavor into my mouth (mm..food porn.)

I'm not a big fan of fried things ... however, that plate is pretty enticing!!! :P ;D
Wow, now I want some of those mashed potatoes, I'm getting hungry; BTW, I think I'll ask to my father if we can prepare some 'Gnocchi al Gorgonzola' just stay in theme of potatoes! =)

Back when Confurence was being held at the hotel next to the park, I would make a point of going for a chicken dinner at least once over the course of the event.

Looking at this over my simple breakfast of milk and cereal, it makes me cry.

How was the pie?

I will add that to my must-try-someday list! I love good fried chicken. :> I want to see if it can rival the places in the south!

You are *evil* for posting those pics!! Now I'm -craving- Knotts' chicken! So crunchy...greasy...salty...mmmm.

There's another fried chicken down the street that's almost as famous and is a good alternative when Knotts is +1hour wait. Can't remember the name, but most locals know of it (the place is on the main drag).

It's been more years than I can remember since I've been to Knott's. I really should and want to go again. I have to drag my son out there especially since he's never been there before.

I want that chicken meal!!!
