100 sketches, $5 a piece - Plus a bonus!
As a lot of you have already read, I'm having a little deal right now where I'm doing 100 sketches for $5 each. For each $100 I earn doing these, I'm picking a name out of the sign up list and doing them an additional speed painting just for the heck of it, mostly to just give myself something fun to work on and hopefully give some folks the chance of a prize of sorts. The first winner is Synnabar! And no don't worry, I'm not just picking my friends for these :)

Went a little crazy with this fire brush set I downloaded..woo! Synn I'll email you the high res :3

If you want a toony sketch for $5 and, ultimately, want to try your luck at getting one of these, check out the entry here!

Other than that, if you would just like a speed paint, I do them for $15/hour, just email me! thornwolf227 at gmail dot com

That is awsome!! Synnabar would make a great design for a gas heater made of ceramics or some sugh but that is awsome Where did you get the flame brushes from?

Here you go!

Hey I have something that desperately needs a redline that I think only you could provide, would you be able to do it? Its no rush, I'd just need it by sometime next week.

I'm amazed!

Well, if I compare this Synnabar picture to a traditional water heater logo, I must admit that this industry has still long ways to go before it reaches its zenith!

I love that speedpaint, it is awesome!
How many hours did it take you?
thornwolf From: thornwolf Date: September 1st, 2009 03:31 pm (UTC) (Link)
You know I kinda lost track, I didn't time this one as I was having fun and just figured I'd go until I deemed it done enough to post so I'd say about 2.5-3 hours

That is freaking awesome, and exactly why I'd get a proper painting if I had the money :D

I'm amazed!

I love the dramatic lighting!

Makes me wish I could pop my popcorn directly by my fiery muzzle. Such ultimate freshness. *sigh*

I just wanted to get away from the furry connotations it brought with it. A lot of the times when I commented on non-art communities I'd get replies back like "FURRY. YOUR OPINION DOESN'T COUNT." If I could have just "malaika" I would, but even though that journal hasn't been used in 10 years LJ won't delete it, so I went with JustBlieve because it's a phrase that I've felt fits me personally (plus it has a connection to Peter Pan and SeaWorld which is one of my favorite stories and one of my favorite places).
